January 1993.  Juan Pablo was a quiet child with great influence of his grandfather in his first years of life. With him, he acquired a taste for drawing, craftsmanship and empirical construction. Values and basic passions in his personality and interests for life.

It was in architecture where all his passions flowed. In 2011, he began his undergraduate studies at the University of Costa Rica, an institution worthy of the Costa Rican state, where he developed his intrigue for airports, public transport, citizens' rights, and the powerful idea of ​​attracting capital to his country.

Since 2016, he has worked for one of the most prestigious design studios in his country, where he has focused on the design of around 50 luxury homes, mainly in the center, and the central and northern pacific of the country.
